Our workshops are geared at small groups of researchers, from advanced doctoral candidate level (R1 according to the European Framework for Research Careers) through to leadership levels (R4). They focus on topics such as

 

• developing researchers' careers through strategic use of research funding,
• individual research branding,
• preparation for peer review or selection procedures,
• basics of third-party funding,
• supervision as executive function,
• scientific communication,
• governance of academic committees and institutions.

 

We follow a personalised approach and tailor our seminars to the respective institutions and target groups. Our training concept usually includes coaching elements.
